1. Who we are
CyberFab3D (cyberfab3d.com) is owned and operated by Start My Business Inc, a Wyoming corporation. These Terms are a contract between you and Start My Business Inc.
2. What we sell
Two kinds of products, sold separately per listing:
- Digital files: STL design files you download and print yourself, or on your own print farm.
- Physical prints: parts we 3D print to order on our own printers and ship to you ("our printers are your printers").
Every listing is built from an open-source design. The underlying design license (shown on each product page as GREEN or AMBER) governs what you may do with the file itself, separately from your purchase of a physical print. GREEN listings (MIT, Apache-2.0, CC BY 4.0) carry attribution-only requirements. AMBER listings (CC BY-SA, CERN-OHL-S-2.0) are share-alike: if you modify the design before reselling it, you are required by the upstream license to publish your modified files under the same license. Attribution text for each listing is shown on its product card and must be preserved if you resell or redistribute the file.
3. Orders and payment
As of this writing, checkout does not run through a live payment processor. Adding items to your print queue and submitting an order sends an order request to [email protected]; we confirm pricing and invoice you directly before charging anything. No payment is collected automatically at this time.
4. Shipping
Free shipping on all physical print orders, no minimum. Typical turnaround is same-week from order confirmation, depending on print queue volume; we'll tell you the estimated ship date when we confirm your order.
5. Returns and refunds
Every physical print is made to order. We don't accept returns for correctly-printed custom parts once a print has started. If a part arrives defective, broken in shipping, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery for a reprint or refund. Digital file downloads are non-refundable once delivered, since the file itself can't be "returned."
6. SMS messaging consent
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, CyberFab3D may text you about order confirmations, print status, and shipping updates. Message frequency varies by order activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. No safety certification
Printed parts are supplied as-is for hobbyist, prototyping, and research use. CyberFab3D and Start My Business Inc make no safety certification for any assembled robot, actuator, or mechanism built from these parts. You are responsible for your own build's safety, wiring, and use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start My Business Inc's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
